Philosophy
Life Coaching has become more mainstream over the years. A Life Coach can be described as “someone who supports you to fill the gap between where you are NOW and where you want to be in your life.”

My approach is unique in that as a life coach, I encourage clients to be in alignment with their core being, and this is most easily achieved through self-knowledge and self-awareness. I believe that as we learn to let go of the patterns, conditioning, and self-imposed beliefs we absorb from society, our upbringing, and other outside influences, we begin to tap into the core of who we truly are. It is from this place that we become empowered to make choices that are right for us. What many people find is that when they make choices that honor themselves (no matter how scary that may initially be) they also begin to attract what they desire.

Breast Cancer Survivors and Caregivers are faced with many decisions and knowing how to distinguish between what is true in their hearts VS what they think they “should” do is very important. As a life coach, I teach my clients various body, mind and soul techniques, which allow them to identify and listen to their own inner knowing and wisdom.

In general, the coaching philosophy is based on taking action steps to move towards that which you desire. In my opinion, there are two key factors to successful coaching: The first step is that an individual must want a change and be ready and committed to the process. The second is a good “fit” between coach and coachee. Every coach has his or her own particular style, and the relationship between coach and client is very important, and is most successful when coach and client can trust and be honest with one another.

What I have learned about myself is that I love watching people succeed. One of my greatest pleasures is supporting people who want to make a change in their lives and desire to know their true selves. This is the value I bring to clients, knowing that their success is my success.
